Other times, trauma is loud and life-altering: abuse, betrayal, loss, or crisis. Either way, trauma changes the way your brain and body respond to life—and healing from it takes more than just “moving on.”

My approach to trauma therapy is relational, somatic-informed, and grounded in the understanding that healing happens in safety—not in pushing through or re-traumatizing yourself. Whether you're dealing with complex trauma (C-PTSD), acute trauma, or the long-lasting effects of relational wounding, therapy offers a place to process what happened and begin rebuilding your sense of self.
