Just because reconciliation feels hopeful… doesn’t mean it’s healthy yet.

Early reconciliation after betrayal can be incredibly confusing.

Betrayal doesn’t just break your heart. It can make you forget who you are.

Healing after betrayal can feel confusing and exhausting. One day there’s relief or even a hint of hope. The next day the pain or doubt comes rushing back, and it feels like nothing has changed. If this sounds familiar, let me say this clearly:
