How We Help

WE WALK WITH YOU THROUGH YOUR ENTIRE HEALING PROCESS

When crisis hits, it’s hard to know where to turn, what to believe, or how to make the next right step. Whether you are navigating betrayal trauma, pornography addiction, compulsive sexual behavior, relationship disconnection, or separation, our mission is simple:

We help you stabilize, understand what’s happening, and move toward a plan that actually supports your healing.

We don’t prescribe a one-size-fits-all program. You are a whole person with a whole story—and your healing requires individualized care.

Here’s how we support your journey:

  • We listen deeply to your specific situation

  • We provide personalized resources based on your needs

  • We guide you toward the right therapist, coach, or recovery path

  • We offer clear, practical recommendations

  • We walk with you until you feel steady and supported

  • We understand your pain, your fears, and your need for safety

Our goal is to help you rebuild trust in yourself, reconnect with your values, and reclaim the life God designed for you.

 FAQs

  • Addiction Therapists and Betrayal Trauma Therapists have specialized training to understand the unique impact of compulsive sexual behaviors, infidelity, pornography addiction, and relationship betrayal.
While many therapists offer general counseling, CSAT-trained clinicians use research-backed, trauma-informed methods that help clients stabilize, understand what is happening inside their relationship, and begin true recovery—not just behavior management.

A Betrayal Trauma Therapist sees the whole picture: the shock, the grief, the attachment wounds, the spiritual crisis, and the psychological symptoms that often mimic PTSD. An Addiction Therapist understands the cycle of secrecy, shame, and compulsive behavior—and helps break it with compassion and clarity.

    This isn’t surface-level work.
It’s specialized care for people walking through some of the deepest pain of their lives—with room for faith, grace, and rebuilding.

  • Most therapy sessions are 50 minutes, though extended sessions may be available for crisis stabilization, disclosures, or intensive work with couples. Extended sessions are often recommended for those navigating betrayal trauma or compulsive sexual behavior because deeper regulation and safety are needed to make meaningful progress.

  • Fees vary depending on the type of service—individual therapy, couples work, intensives, or disclosures.
During your free consult, we take time to understand what you’re walking through and provide a clear recommendation and pricing breakdown so you know exactly what to expect.

Most clients say that having guidance from a specialized CSAT therapist brings clarity and direction they haven’t found elsewhere—saving them time, confusion, and emotional overwhelm.

  • Root to Bloom Therapy is an out-of-network provider, which means we do not bill insurance directly.
However, many clients are able to submit receipts (superbills) to their insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on their plan.

We believe healing should be accessible, transparent, and never confusing—so we’re happy to walk you through your options during your consult.

And above all, we believe God meets you in the healing process. You are not forgotten, and this step toward clarity is a step toward restoration.
